I'm Stacia George, CEO and founder of Endurance Solutions.

I’m Stacia George, founder of Endurance Solutions. For decades, I’ve worked at the frontlines of some of the world’s most complex negotiations, helping people, communities, and even nations find a way forward through their toughest conflicts and disputes. My career has taken me across five continents and into 40 conflict and post-conflict countries, working in English, French, and Spanish-speaking environments. From facilitating peace processes in regions impacted by violence to guiding organizations through internal disputes, I have dedicated my life to fostering sustainable solutions in even the most challenging environments.

As a former U.S. diplomat and government official, I’ve negotiated hostage releases, mediated between armed groups, facilitated cross-partisan initiatives in the U.S., and supported victims and perpetrators in finding ways to coexist. I am a certified mediator with the National Association of Certified Mediators and hold a master’s degree focused on conflict management. Inspired by the legacy of Ernest Shackleton, I believe that no matter how difficult the journey, there is always a way forward. I named Endurance Solutions to reflect that same spirit of resilience and determination.
